Shipping Conditions

Delivery Area

We only deliver within Germany. International delivery is currently not possible. Alcoholic beverages are only delivered to persons aged 18 and over; age verification may be required upon delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is done with DHL. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the ordering process based on your order and displayed to you before you place the order. No shipping costs apply for in-store pickup (Click & Collect).

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time within Germany is 2 to 3 business days from the conclusion of the contract or, for advance payments, from receipt of payment. If the beginning of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the period begins on the next business day.

In-store Pickup (Click & Collect)

You can pick up your order free of charge at our store: Peterstraße 23-25, 50676 Cologne. Here's how it works: You order online and choose in-store pickup. We usually assemble your order within 24 hours. You will receive an email as soon as the order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this email and bring your order confirmation when you pick up.

Partial Deliveries

If individual items are temporarily unavailable, we can make partial deliveries in consultation with you. You will not incur any additional shipping costs.

Shipping Damages

If goods are delivered with obvious shipping damage, please report it to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us. Failure to report this claim does not affect your legal rights; however, it helps us assert our own claims against the carrier.
